NEWTOWN, Pa. - The Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) has announced its conference weekly award recipients for the week ending September 6, 2026. Women's volleyball libero, Sami Baer was named MAC Commonwealth Defensive Player of the Week.

Baer racked up 88 digs across three matches, averaging 7.33 per set with a .947 receive percentage. She opened with 32 digs against Dickinson and followed with back-to-back 28-dig efforts against Elizabethtown and Ursinus.

Volleyball will be home Wednesday night, hosting Gettysburg.
