Four Spartans Named to CSC Softball Academic All-District Team

YORK, Pa. - Four members of the York College softball program earned a spot on the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Softball Team as announced recently by the CSC.

Gretchen Barstad, Natalie Rietema, Danella Silagy, and Kate Miller all earned Academic All-District.

The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Softball teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. To be eligible, a student-athlete must be at least a sophomore, own a minimum grade point average of 3.50 or better and Eligible nominees be in the lineup for 75% of the matches that include team scores.
