YORK, PA – The York College softball team had freshman Noelle Smith recognized on NFCA All-Region teams as announced by the organization on Friday.

Smith earned second-team All-Region V honors coming off her rookie campaign. Smith ranked 10th nationally with a slugging percentage of .919. 

Smith finished the season with a .465 batting average with 15 doubles, eight home runs, 37 RBIs, and 79 total bases. The freshman owned an OPS of 1.419 and an on-base percentage of .500.
