Junior Davis Fisher and sophomore Cory Bergmann led a Spartan offense which ranked top-30 nationally in goals per game (14.71), while ranking 14th in total assists (194) and 25th in assists per game (9.24). York also boasted the 14th-best man-up offense in the nation with a .456 conversion rate.

Fisher put together a milestone season in program history as he set the single-season point and assist records, and took over the career assist lead. He racked up 92 points on 32 goals and 60 assists, averaging 4.38 points per game. His 92 points ranked top-15 nationally and surpassed the previous program record of 90, while his 60 assists tied for fifth in the nation and surpassed the previous program record of 48. Fisher also became just the second player in program history to reach 100 career assists and did so in just three seasons. He now has 102 assists which eclipsed the previous record of 100 set by Thomas Pfeiffer at the conclusion of his career in 2019.

Fisher posted a career-best nine points at Messiah (4/26) which tied for the third-most points in program history. He compiled a career-high seven assists at Albright (4/5) which tied the program record for a single game. Fisher had 14 games with four or points and 11 games with three or more assists throughout his junior season.

Bergmann had a break-out season in which he compiled 70 points on 44 goals and 26 assists. He compiled a career-high 10 points with a career-best eight goals in a big 20-13 victory at No. 11 Stevenson. Those eight goals tied the program's single-game record, while his 10 points tied for second-most in Spartan history. The sophomore had eight games with four or more points and seven games with three or more goals.

Sophomore Erik Pearl and senior Zach Rutledge led a Spartan defensive unit which ranked top-40 nationally as they held opponents to just 9.10 goals per game and contributed to a unit that also ranked inside the top-40 in clearing percentage (.866). These two standouts also contributed mightily to a Spartan group that ranked 21st in the country in total ground balls (773).

Pearl built off a successful rookie campaign with the Spartans and developed into a two-way threat for the Green and White. He ranked third among York defensive players with 35 ground balls and caused six turnovers on the season. He recorded his first-career goal to contribute to a thrilling 11-10 overtime upset win over No. 11 Swarthmore. Pearl went on to finish the season with four total points on three goals and one assist.

Rutledge put together a banner season as he assumed a full-time starter role on the Spartan defense. He led the Green and White with 20 caused turnovers to go along with career-highs in ground balls (32) and goals (4). Rutledge posted a career-high five caused turnovers in a 27-0 victory over Alvernia as he played a big role in the fourth shutout in program history and the second during his career. He also picked up three or more ground balls in five games throughout the season, including a season-high four at No. 4 Washington and Lee.

The Spartan men's lacrosse program now boasts 65 USILA All-American selections and has garnered five yearly national awards from the organization.
