YORK, Pa. - Spartan senior guard
Jayden Rowe has been named the MAC Commonwealth Men's Basketball Player of the Week for the week ending December 7 as announced by the conference on Tuesday.
Rowe led undefeated York to two more victories while averaging 24.0 points, 6.5 assists, 5.0 rebounds, and 2.5 blocks per game. He opened the week by matching his career high with 31 points on 62.5% shooting, including six three-pointers, in an 88-72 win over Dickinson. He followed with 17 points, eight assists, and three blocks in a 70-57 win over defending MAC Freedom champion Delaware Valley, guiding the Spartans to a 7-0 start.
This is Rowe's second player-of-the-week award of the season.
