YORK, PA - York College senior women's golfer Natalie Robson was named the MAC women's golfer of the week as announced by the league office on Tuesday. It's the seventh time Robson has earned the weekly award in her career.

Robson led the Spartans to their first tournament championship of the year as York won the Williams Classic this weekend in Williamstown, Mass.

The Spartans cruised to an 18 stroke win as Robson finished second overall in the tournament, two strokes back of the individual championship. Robson carded a 78 in Saturday's opening round and then followed that with a 77 in Sunday's second round. The 77 matched the low round of the tournament on Sunday. The top five finish is Robson's 15th career top five in her 28 tournaments as a Spartan.
