WILLIAMSTOWN, MASS. – The York College women's golf team participated in the loaded 2025 Williams College Fall Invitational at the Taconic Golf Club in Williamstown, Mass.

The Spartans finished 14
th of 20 teams, posting a two-day score of 661. The Spartans shot 323 on Saturday but really scuffled on day two with a total of 338.

Amherst won the team title with a score of 587. NYU placed second, ten strokes back at 597. Williams (600), Wesleyan (Conn.) (602), and Middlebury (605) rounded out the top five team finishers.

Junior
Victoria Jolakian led the Spartans with a two-day total of 160. Jolakian carded a 79 on Saturday followed by an 81 on Sunday. She had one birdie on Saturday and two on Sunday.

York had three Spartans tie for 66
th place, in the 98-player field, as
Ava Johnsen,
Grace Strickland and
Lily Davis each shot 167 for the weekend. Johnsen shot an 83 on Saturday followed by an 84 on Sunday. Strickland carded an 82 on Saturday followed by an 85 on Sunday. Davis fired a 79 on Saturday but had an 88 on Sunday.

Senior
Vivian D'Orazi was York's fifth tournament participant as she shot a tournament total of 187. D'Orazi shot 89 on Saturday followed by a 98 on Sunday.

The Spartans return to action on Monday, October 6 when they travel to the Tartan Invitational at the Nemacolin Resort. The tournament, hosted by Carnegie Mellon, kicks off with a 12:00 pm start on Monday followed by another 12:00 pm start on Tuesday.
