Roche Hired to Athletic Operations Staff

YORK, Pa. - The York College Athletics and Recreation Department is pleased to announce the hiring of Noah Roche '25 as the new Assistant Director of Operations for Athletic Events. In this role, he will be responsible for the planning, management, and necessary coordination of operations for all varsity and special events held at York College Athletics and Recreation facilities.

Roche possesses experience in the field of athletic operations following internships with the York Revolution and the Stevenson University athletic department. With the Revs, he assisted with the day-to-day maintenance of the WellSpan Park facility and the supervision of game day staff. While at Stevenson, Roche assisted with the planning, coordination, and execution of athletic events, in addition to maintaining a comprehensive donor database for tracking contributions and engagement activities for the athletic department.

The York College graduate also served as a communications intern with the American Junior Golf Association and was the Family Center operations Associate with the YMCA of Central Maryland prior to returning to York.

Roche earned his bachelor's degree in sport management from York in May of 2025 and is pursuing a master's in sport management from Liberty University. A four-year member of the Spartan men's soccer team from 2021-24, Roche earned All-MAC Commonwealth honors his senior year and was a two-time CSC Academic All-District honoree. Roche also served as the male representative for the Middle Atlantic Conference Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. Additionally, he received the York College Athletic Department William DeMeester Academic Award after graduating from YCP with a cumulative grade point average of 3.96.
