YORK, PA – York College men's basketball graduate
Jackson Mascari earned a spot on the 2024-25 Men's Basketball Academic All-MAC team as announced by the league on Monday morning.

Mascari had a fantastic senior year for the MAC Commonwealth champion Spartans. Mascari was a first-team MAC All-Commonwealth honoree while he also earned the York College William DeMeester Academic award signifying the Spartan male student-athlete with the highest GPA. Mascari shared the award with men's soccer player
Noah Roche as the two Sport Management majors each finished their careers with matching 3.92 GPA's.

Mascari played in and started all 29 games for the Green and White during their stellar 22-7 campaign. He averaged 14.3 points and 6.1 rebounds per game. He shot 47% from the floor and a blistering 38.6% from three. Mascari was second on the team with 83 assists while he also had 34 steals and 15 blocked shots.

Mascari ranked eighth in the Commonwealth in scoring, eighth in rebounding, sixth in three-point field goal percentage, 12
th in field goal percentage, first in three-point field goals per game (2.1), ninth in assists, 13
th in steals and second in minutes per game.

Mascari finished his Spartan career with 1,098 points, 672 rebounds, 293 assists, 34 blocked shots and 83 steals in his 99 games played and his 80 starts. He was a career 45.5% shooter from the floor, 33.1% from three and 67.1% from the free throw line.
