Spartan Men Capture Several Top-10 Performances at F&M

LANCASTER, Pa. – The York men's track and field team captured 15 top-10 finishes including seven top-five efforts on Saturday at F&M's Blue & White Invitational.

Top Performers
Edwin Niemandt and Brayden Ecker each nabbed a second place finish as Neimandt cleared a height of 1.85m in the high jump and Ecker cleared 4.39m in the pole vault.

Brody Weachter took third in the pole vault as he also cleared a height  of 4.39m.

Ethan Jones and Tyler Hunt both turned in fourth-place performances. Jones posted a new PR and now owns the best time on the team this season in the 60 hurdles with a pace of 9.02 seconds. Hunt moved up to eighth in the MAC in the 3K with a personal best  time of 8:54.25.

Brody Bonham and Sam Dickmyer each achieved fifth place finishes on the day as Bonham ran 7.22 seconds in the 60m dash and Dickmyer cleared 3.94m in the pole vault.

Hunter Moore ran the fastest time on the team in 200 this season with a pace of 23.44 to finish sixth.
