2022-23 Indoor: kicked off his indoor season with a 13th place finish in the mile at the Alvernia Winter Invite ... placed 20th in the 3K at the Moravian Indoor Meet ... set a new PR in the 300 with a time of 40.19 while he also placed 12th in the mile at the Mini-Dip Invite ... placed 16th in the mile at the Frank Colden Invitational ... rolled to a sixth place finish in the mile and a 14th place finish in the 3K at the Blue and White Invitational ... set a new PR in the mile as he placed 15th at the MAC Indoor Championships while he was also part of the 4x400 relay team that finished tenth. 
Outdoor: began his outdoor campaign at the Danny Curran Invitational as he placed sixth in the 3000 steeplechase ... placed 17th in the 5K at the York College Twilight meet ... recorded a PR in the 1500 with a time of 4:20.64 to finish 13th while he also had a 17th place finish in the 800 at the Shippensburg Mid-Week Meet ... recorded a tenth place finish in the steeplechase at the Hopkins-Loyola Invite ... recorded a PR in the 800 with a time of 2:01.24 at the Paul Kaiser Classic ... placed 11th in the steeplechase, 32nd in the 5K and was a part of the 4x800 relay team that finished fifth at the MAC Outdoor Championships ... ran as part of the 4x800 relay team that finished tenth at the AARTFC Outdoor Regional Championship

2021-22 Indoor: began his indoor season with a 16th place finish in the mile at the Coach I Open while he was also a part of the second place DMR ... finished 23rd at the Alvernia Winter Invite ... placed 25th in the mile at both the Mini-Dip Invite and the Plex Shootout ... was a part of the seventh place DMR team at the MAC Indoor Championships. 
Outdoor: Opened his season with a PR in the 5K at the Jim Taylor Invite as he notched a time of 16:32.56 ... recorded a PR in the 1500 with a time of 4:23.16 at the Battleground Relays, good for a seventh place finish ... finished ninth in the 5K at the York College Twilight Meet ... placed 16th in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the Hopkins Loyola Invitational ... set a PR in the steeplechase with a time of 10:44.71 at the MAC Outdoor Championships.
