Outdoor: opened his outdoor season with a 49th place finish in the 1500 at the Danny Curran Invitational ... finished 27th in the 5K at the York College Twilight Meet ... recorded a 16th place finish in the 1500 and a 33rd place finish in the 800 at the Shippensburg Mid-Week Meet ... placed third in the 10K at the Hopkins-Loyola Invitational ... recorded a 15th place finish in the 3K at the Paul Kaiser Classic.

2021-22 Indoor: Began his indoor season with a 17th place finish in the mile at the Coach I Open ... placed 39th in the 800 at the Alvernia Winter Invite ... set a new PR in the mile at the Mini-Dip Invitational with a time of 4:52.53 ... set a new PR in the 3K with a time of 9:49.37 at the Plex Shootout at Alvernia.
Outdoor: Opened the outdoor season with a 75th place finish in the 1500 at the Jim Taylor Invitational ... placed 13th in the 1500 at the York College Twilight Meet ... set a PR in the 3000 steeplechase with a time of 11:42.30 at the Hopkins Loyola Invitational ... placed 15th in the 3K at the Paul Kaiser Classic. 

2020-21: Outdoor: began his outdoor season with a 16th place finish in the Falcon First Chance Hexagonal while he was also a part of the 4x400 relay team that finished fourth ... placed tenth in the 800 at the LVC Dutchmen Meet #1 ... finished 14th in the 800 at the York College Twilight Meet ... placed 33rd in the 1500 at the Messiah Multi Invitational ... set a new PR in the 800 with a time of 2:10.88 at the Widener MAC Only Meet #2 ... was also a leg in the 4x800 relay team that finished second ... placed fifth in the 1500 meter run at the Misericordia Twilight Meet ... set a new PR in the 1500 with a time of 4:26.82 at the Widener MAC Only Meet #4 as he placed sixth.
