YORK, PA – York College junior swimmer
Isabella Klemm has earned a trip to the 2025 NCAA Division III National Championships in Greensboro, North Carolina on March 19-22, 2025.
Klemm finished the season ranked 12
th in the nation in the 100 breaststroke with a best time of 1:02.71. She will also compete in the 200 breaststroke and the 50 free at the national championships.
Klemm had a fantastic MAC Championship meet as she won three gold medals and was named the MAC Women's Swimmer of the Year, a first for a York College women's swimmer.
Klemm kicked off her championships on opening night as she defended her 200 IM title, holding off Stevens Eszter Kiss, recording a time of 2:08.23. Klemm set a new school record in the preliminaries as she posted a time of 2:07.58. On night two, Klemm was a part of the 200 free relay team that finished second for the Spartans.

Day three saw Klemm win the 100 breaststroke for the Spartans as she set a new school and conference record. Klemm set the record the first time in the preliminaries with a time of 1:03.22. She then bested that mark in the evening swim with a time of 1:02.71. Klemm also swam the anchor leg of the 800 free relay team that finished third.

Klemm capped a fantastic weekend with her third victory on Sunday, winning the 200 breaststroke title.
Klemm is just the second women's swimmer in school history to earn a berth in the NCAA Championships. Justine Wantz was the first Spartan to reach the championships as she participated in the 50 free, the 100 back, and the 200 back at the 2019 championships.
