How It Happened:
• The Bobcats struck first at the 5:02 mark of the first half as a cross from the right wing was played in by Punya Saleekul and was then flicked on to the center of the box off the head of Blake Geatz and finally headed home by Brett Basham to put York in an early 1-0 hole.
• The rest of the first half was mainly played in the middle-third of the field with both teams struggling to find any space at the offensive end leading to the score remaining 1-0 in favor of Frostburg at intermission.
• The second half saw a lot of physical play and fighting for possession but York was unable to capitalize on some of their late second-half chances and a scoreless second half resulted in a 1-0 win for the Bobcats.
