Box Score GETTYSBURG, PA – The York College men's lacrosse team bounced back in about as an impressive fashion as possible with a 16-8 non-conference win over Gettysburg College in a battle of top ten teams in Gettysburg on Wednesday. The Spartans dropped an 8-7 double overtime loss in their last outing on Saturday against Lynchburg. The win also avenges an NCAA Tournament loss to the Bullets last May in the Elite Eight.

HE SAID IT
"We played great today," said Spartan head coach Brandon Childs. "I thought our execution offensive was the best we have had all year. Our face off unit of Billy Sasso, J.D. Beck, Conrad Ordakowski, and Christopher Lees were very instrumental in getting us possessions. If anyone had seen the last two practices we had, the end result today would not surprise them. Our practiced hard this week and it really showed today."
