YORK, PA – The York College men's and women's swim teams have been recognized as a College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of American (CSCAA) Scholar All America team for the 2024 fall semester.

The CSCAA selected 781 teams from 459 institutions for the Scholar All-America Team for the Fall 2024 semester. These teams, comprising 19,209 student-athletes, were recognized for their outstanding academic achievements.

To earn this recognition, teams were required to achieve a grade point average (GPA) above 3.0 during the Fall 2024 semester. Of the selected teams, an impressive 654 recorded a GPA of 3.30 or higher.

The Spartan men finished the fall semester with a team GPA of 3.33 while the women posted a 3.55 team GPA.
 
The Spartan men went 8-2 during the 2024-25 dual meet season. The Spartan women went 6-4 during the dual meet season, their best dual meet mark since the 2019-20 Spartans went 8-2. Both teams will head to the 2025 Middle Atlantic Conference championships on February 13 through 16 at the Graham Aquatic Center in York, PA.
