YORK, PA – The York College Athletic Department had three Spartan student-athletes earn College Sports Communicators (CSC) Women's Basketball Academic All-District honors as announced by the organization Tuesday.

Alyssa Dougherty,
Breana Grim, and
Makenna Zimmerman were all named to the Academic All-District squad.
To be selected, a student-athlete had to have been at least a sophomore academically and athletically, have at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale), and must have competed in 90 percent of the games or must have started at least 66 percent of the games for their team.
The 2025-26 Academic All-District® Men's Basketball Team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America® program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.
