Spartans Capture Three Wins at F&M’s Blue and White Invite

LANCASTER, Pa. - The York College women's track and field team posted three wins and compiled 11 top-10 performances at the Blue and White Invitational hosted by Franklin and Marshall College on Saturday.

Highlights
Angela Nuse captured first in the 60m while matching her personal-best time of 8.01 seconds which ranks third in the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) this season and 10th in the MId-Atlantic Region.

Trinity Batista-Anderson won the high jump with a height of 1.57m which is good enough for fifth in the MAC and eighth in the Mid-Atlantic Region this season.

Taylor Heie finished first in the pole vault with a personal-best height of 3.45m which moved back into first in the MAC this season and ranks eighth in the Mid-Atlantic Region.

Lily Arnold led the Spartan distance runners with a fourth-place finish in the mile at a personal-best pace  of 5:35.86.
