COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. - The women's track and field team competed at the AARTFC Outdoor Track and Field Championships on Wednesday.

The afternoon was highlighted by Zada Marine, who hurled 46.91m in the hammer throw, breaking her own school-record of 46.43m. 

Pole Vaulters Alita Paragon and Taylor Heie competed and placed 12th and 17th, respectively. 

Paragon cleared 3.48m while Heie cleared 3.18m. 

Angela Nuse ran a 12.68 100m, placing her 32nd. 

The Spartans will compete again, tomorrow afternoon.
