Haverford 6-4

How It Happened
After a total of eight ties, Arcadia eventually pulled out a 26-24 victory in the first set. The Knights opened set number two on an 8-1 run and led wire to wire on their way to a 25-21 win. The two teams went back-and-forth early in the third set before Arcadia went on a 6-0 run to jump out to a 13-6 lead and never looked back as the Knights rolled to a 25-18 win to clinch the match.

Arcadia's Nicole Dallara led all players with 10 kills, while Georgianna Kahley led the Spartans with eight. Bryana Saenz (14) and Dallara (10) led the way in digs.

The Spartans and Fords traded blows to open the first set, but after a Kendall Jenkins kill cut the York deficit to two (14-12) Haverford slammed the door by ending the set on an 11-4 run to win the first set, 25-16. The Fords put the Spartans behind the eight ball as they led the second set wire to wire on their way to a 25-19 win. Haverford held the upper hand throughout the third  set and rolled to a 25-22 win as the Fords hit a robust .452 to clinch the match.

Haverford's Eliana Brown led all players with 13 kills and Morgan Nolte led the Spartans with nine.
