YORK, PA – York College senior setter Abby Diehl has earned a spot on the 2023 Middle Atlantic Conference All-Academic Volleyball squad as announced by the league office.

Diehl makes first Academic All-MAC appearance after another all-conference season on the floor. Diehl was a first-team MAC All-Commonwealth pick and finished her Spartan career as a three-time all-league honoree.

In 2023, she played in and started all 29 matches for York. The Spartan setter ranked second in conference play this season with 220 assists and 9.17 assist/set average. She led the league with 20 service aces against conference opponents and ranked second in the league overall with a career-high 73 throughout the season. 

For her career, Diehl was a two-time CSC All-District academic selection.

Diehl is an early/special education major who owns a GPA of 3.77. She is a seven-time member of the York College Dean's List.
