Women’s Cross Country Caps Season at NCAA Regionals

LOCK HAVEN, Pa. - The Spartan women's cross country team finished 18th out of 30 teams on Saturday at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship at Lock Haven's West Branch Cross Country Course.

Johns Hopkins won the team title by a large margin over Carnegie Mellon. Gettysburg, Grove City and Misericordia rounded out the top-five. The Spartans finished six points ahead of Marywood and 14 points behind St. Mary's.

Isabel Tenney led the way for York for the fourth time this season for the third-straight meet. Tenney, Lindsay Fry, Kayla Reidenbaugh, Amiah Barner and Taylor Wickard turned in personal-best times to close out the season.
