#13 York 10-5 (6-0 MACC)

How It Happened
The two teams exchanged goals in the first two minutes before Ryan Kazella, Ben Mayer and Will Harnick ripped off three tallies in a 2:38 span to break open some breathing room. LVC's Alex Kiviniemi cut the deficit down to two with 18 seconds left after the Dutchmen capitalized on a Spartan turnover in their defensive zone.

The second quarter belonged to the Spartans as they out-scored the Dutchmen, 10-2, fueled by a 10-for-12 faceoff effort by Vinny Facciponti and Hugo Spencer. York also limited Lebanon Valley's to just four total shots while the Green and White racked up 19 with 15 on goal. Michael Russo was the only repeat goal scorer in the second quarter as nine different Spartans found the back of the net. Mayer led all players with three points in the period on one goal and two assists.

Ian Callinan came up with four saves in the third quarter in his relief appearance of Jack Keller as York blanked the Dutchmen on seven total shot attempts. What's more, LVC won all four faceoffs in the third quarter, but still could not find their offensive groove. York did all its scoring in the final 2:01 of the third with Nick Lilly registering a goal and an assist during that span.

Jack Hooper and Scott Marvin got York combined to win six of eight fourth-quarter faceoffs to get York back on track as the Spartans finished with a 5-2 scoring margin in the fourth. Tyler Palehonki led the Green and White in points with three assists in the fourth, while JD Townsend and Lilly each scored a pair.
