The Dutchmen came back to tie the game at seven just over four minutes later. LVC eventually pushed out to a 10-9 lead only to have York score the final five points of the quarter capped by a Savannah Wilson three pointer at the buzzer for the 14-10 lead.
• The opening four minutes of the second quarter was a carry over of the first stanza. The Dutchmen went up 20-17 on a Chardae Stone triple with 5:43 left before the half. The Spartans then fashioned a 13-4 run over the final 4:43 to take a 30-24 lead to the intermission. The run ended with a pair of Kayla Ferris lay ups as York headed to the break with momentum.
• The Spartans opened the third quarter with 15-5 run to push out to a game-high 16-point lead (45-29) with 3:50 left in the period. The Dutchmen kept themselves in the game with an 8-1 run to close their deficit to nine (46-37) heading into the final 10 minutes of play.
• The Dutchmen got a Christina Fernandez three to open the fourth quarter, cutting York's lead to six. The lead would bounce between six and eight points over the next five minutes until Bradi Zumbrum pushed the advantage back to ten at 54-44 with 4:21 left. After an Allison Bimmer triple, York got back-to-back buckets from Ferris to increase the lead back to 11.
