GETTYSBURG, PA – The York College volleyball squad opened their 2019 campaign with a split during the opening day of the Gettysburg Battlefield Classic hosted by Gettysburg College.

York opened the day with a five-set loss to Dickinson College and rebounded with a 3-2 win over Salve Regina in the nightcap. Dickinson won the opening contest 25-17, 17-25, 25-21, 13-25, and 15-7. York earned the win over Salve Regina by the scores of 13-25, 25-11, 28-30, 25-19, 15-12.
