2014: Played in and started all 18 games for the Spartans during her junior campaign ... registered one point from her defensive position during the year as she handed out an assist in the 3-1 win over Wesley on October 1 ... had seven shots during the year with two of those strikes coming on frame ... has started all 57 games during her Spartan career ... the Spartans outscored their opponents 24-12 during the season as the Spartan defense, spearheaded by McDowell, allowed just 0.67 goals per game.

2013: Had another fantastic season as she played in and started all 21 Spartan games as a sophomore ... earned second-team All-Capital Athletic Conference honors after leading a Spartan defense that allowed just 0.59 goals per game ... tallied two goals for four points for the season ... scored her first career goal in the October 8 win over Marymount ... scored again two games later in the October 15 win over Wesley ... finished the year with 15 total shots, six of which were on-target ... has played in and started all 39 of her career games.

2012: Played in and started all 18 of the Spartan contests as a freshman ... was a lynchpin to to a Spartan defense that ranked second in the nation defensively ... the Spartan defense limited opponents to just six goals in 18 games ... helped lead the Spartan defense to a school-record 15 shutouts.

Personal: Is a nursing major ... daughter of Charles and Terri McDowell ... born on June 6, 1994 ... played for Matt Digney at Cinnaminson High School ... played club soccer with GAK Thunder ... was a first team All-NJ State, All-League and All-County selection in 2011 ... was a first team All-League and All-County and second team All-South Jersey as a senior ... selected to play in the senior All-Star game for the county and all of south Jersey ... was a Cinnaminson team captain as a senior.
