2010: Enters her senior year looking to thrustherself into a key role in the Spartan rotation . . . had a verygood spring season, giving her a boost of confidence . . . is aplayer who has worked hard to make herself into a factor in theSpartan rotation . . . has played in 56 career games, scoring threepoints on a goal and an assist.

2009: Played in all 20 of the Spartans’matches including drawing a start in the October 24 win over Wesley. . . had her lone point of the year with an assist in the November1 Capital Athletic Conference first round win over Wesley . . .attempted 12 shots during the year with three of those chancescoming on target.

2008: Played in 19 of York’s 20 gamesincluding three starts . . . did not register a point during theyear . . . had eight shots for the season with three of thoseattempts being on goal.

2007: Made an appearance in 17 of theSpartans’ 24 matches during their run to the Division IIISweet 16 . . . scored her first collegiate goal in her firstcollegiate game, finding the back of the net in the September 2 winover McDaniel . . . recorded two shots for the year.

Personal: Is the daughter of Mark Nechay andMarianne Nechay . . . is a nursing major . . . plays her clubsoccer for Independence Punishers . . . owns a 3.32 cumulative GPA. . . has earned CAC All-Academic team accolades twice and YCPAthletic Honor Roll honors in three years as a Spartans.
