2011: Embarks on her senior season with the Spartan squad ... chosen as a captain for this year ... is a terrific leader and guides the team in the right direction ... part of the solid foundation of York's women's lacrosse program.

2010: Appeared in 11 Spartan contests ... scored two goals ... dished out one assist on the season ... totaled three points for the year ... picked up three groundballs.

2009: Played in 17 games ... scored five goals ... tallied five points for the season ... collected five groundballs.

2008: Appeared in eight contests ... tallied one assist ... recorded one point for the season ... picked up one groundball.

Personal: Is a graphic design major … is the daughter of Bill and Laura Bowers … born on March 15, 1989 … names her mom as the person she most admires … hobbies include gymnastics and AIGA (art) … favorite athlete is Luke Bowers … chose York because it is “small and had my major as well as a growing lacrosse program” … her most significant athletic achievement is going to the state championships for gymnastics in three of her four years in high school … her most memorable athletic moment while at York is scoring her first collegiate goal while her family and friends were in attendance … after graduation she plans to return to Virginia and working for her father’s company – Vertical Symmetry.
