Kyle Morris joins the Spartans and Brandon Childs' coaching staff after coaching at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Ga.

 Starting In 2017, Morris was the Offensive Coordinator for the men's and women’s lacrosse team at Oglethorpe. The 2019 Petrels women’s lacrosse team advanced to SAA Conference play. Under Morris’ guidance, senior attacker Madison Goss earned 2nd team All-SAA Honors.

Morris, born in Orlando, Florida, started his coaching career at Shorter University after playing for then coach Jason Childs. In 2014, Morris finished his Hawks playing career with 70 career points and was a key component of the Hawks’ first graduating class.

“Kyle aligns with the core beliefs of our program perfectly. His work ethic and his desire to be the best coach possible stands out immediately. The men of York Lacrosse are fortunate to get to work with Coach Morris every day,” says Childs.
