2011: Opens her second season in a Spartan uniform … gained outstanding experience as a rookie in 2010 and should be able to draw on that experience this season … is a terrific communicator ... has an opportunity to become an excellent player for the Green and White.

2010: Played in each of York's 20 games in just her freshman season ... drew 18 starts as rookie ... proved a solid presence on the field for the Green and White ... played mainly a defensive role as she gained exceptionally valuable collegiate experience.

Personal: Is an undeclared major … is the daughter of John and Robin Rice … born on November 9, 1992 … played club hockey for Spitfire … was an all-county player in high school … won the Beach Bash championship … names her dad as the person she most admires … hobbies include lacrosse … chose York because of the atmosphere and athletic complex … lists her most significant athletic achievement as going to the National Hockey Festival and National Indoor Tournament.
