Belle Fields joined the Spartan field hockey coaching staff for the 2026 season as they goalie coach.
Fields put together a decorated career in the cage for the Spartans from 2021-24. She was named a two-time NFHCA All-American, earning third-team honors as junior and first-team honors as a senior, in addition to being named the 2024 NHFCA Region 5 Player of the Year and was twice dubbed the Commonwealth Defensive Player of the Year. Fields ended her career as the program leader in save percentage (.830), goals-against average (0.62), shutouts (30) and wins (48), in addition to holding the single-season records in all the aforementioned categories. She also helped deliver the program's first conference title when the Spartans captured the Commonwealth crown in 2024 and was the starter for three NCAA postseason appearances.
