Biography

2020: Played in four games with three starts as a junior ... hit .417 with three runs scored and an RBI ... went 3-for-4 with three runs scored and an RBI in the March 3 win over Eastern Mennonite ... also had a hit in the March 4 game against Eastern Mennonite ... was perfect in six fielding attempts for the season. 

2019: Appeared in 10 games as a sophomore in the outfield and in the DH spot for the Spartans… recorded a .364 BA with four hits in 11 at bats with an RBI… had hits against Lehman, Southern Virginia, Stevenson and Christopher Newport.

2018: Saw action in six games as a freshman for the Spartans ... recorded his first career hit with two-RBI single in a win against Elmira (N.Y.) ... hit his first career homer against Salisbury ... recorded three hits in seven at-bats with three RBI and scoring two runs.

Personal: Is a business administration major while he is also pursuing a minor in finance ... is the son of Michael and Jackie Cowan ... played for Nick Hoeffner at Howard High School ... played summer baseball for Elite Baseball ... was a second-team All-County player after his junior year at Howard.
