• was named the MAC Commonwealth Rookie of the Year
• earned second-team MAC All-Commonwealth honors
• made ten starts as a first-year Spartan 
• went 5-2 with a 3.27 ERA in 52.1 innings with one complete game
• picked up his first collegiate win on March 10 against St. Mary's 
• registered a complete-game shutout in the 7-0 win over Messiah as he allowed two hits with four strikeouts and a walk
• beat the Commonwealth champion Messiah twice during the year
• recorded a season-high 12 strikeouts in the March 30 win at Stevenson
