BRYN MAWR, Pa. - The York College Spartans traveled to Bryn Mawr, Saturday afternoon. York outlasted the Owls, 4-0, improving to 3-0-2 this season.

How it Happened
Meg Kalthof opened up the scoring in the 8th minute for the Spartans.
Holly Krieg intercepted an Owl pass, pushing the ball up to Kalthof, who laced the it into the upper right corner of the net.
York scored its second goal in the 10th minute. Kalthof headed past diving attempt of the goalie.
Maddie Wise scored the Spartans' third goal in the 24th minute. She booted the ball from just outside the corner of the box, burying it.
York added one more insurance goal in the 78th minute.
Kathryn Gehman crossed it to
Emily Walker who was one-on-one with an Owl defender. Walker out-raced the opposition, lacing the ball into the net, just passed the out-stretched goalie.
The Spartans defense did not allow Bryn Mawr to take a shot and had only rewarded the Owls one corner kick.
York had 31 shots with 14 being on target.
