GRANTHAM, Pa. - The York College men's track and field team captured five medals and nine top-eight finishes as they finished sixth out of 16 teams at the conclusion of the Middle Atlantic Conference Outdoor Track & Field Championships hosted by Messiah University on Saturday.
The Spartans scored 72 points through the three-day competition. Lebanon Valley captured the team title with a score of 150, followed by Eastern (112), Misericordia (93), Messiah (78.5) and Widener (78) in the top-five.
Shaun Apsley defended his MAC title in the 400m hurdles while Jake Bono earned his third career medal in the javelin and Brody Weachter nabbed his second career medal in the pole vault.
