Three Spartan Women Earn All-MAC Honors at MAC Cross Country Championships

OWINGS MILLS, Md. - A trio of Spartans earned all-conference honors as the York College women's cross country team finished sixth out of 15 teams on Saturday at the Middle Atlantic Conference Cross Country Championships hosted by Stevenson University.

Misericordia won the team title with a score of 54, followed by Messiah (60), Lebanon Valley (126), Stevens (136) and DeSales (147) in the top-five. York narrowly finished outside the top-five with a score of 148.

Isabel Tenney, Lily Arnold and Kayla Reidenbaugh all finished inside the top-30 to earn All-MAC honors. Tenney led the way and earned second-team honors with a 17th-place finish with a time of 23:44.4. Arnold earned a third-team honor as she finished 21st with a pace of 23:48.8. Reidenbaugh also landed on the third team with a 26th-place finish and a time of 24:06.4.

This is the second time York has earned three All-MAC honors as they matched the program record established in 2021. Since joining the conference in 2021, the Spartans have earned a total of nine all-conference honors. Tenney will end her career as a two-time All-MAC performer after earning a third-team (22nd) honor last year as a junior.

Angelina Hammond finished fourth in the Spartan lineup and 46th overall with a time of 25:00.5 and Taylor Wickard rounded up the Spartan top-five in 58th place with a time of 25:24.6.

The Spartans will return to the course on Saturday, November 14 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship hosted by Lock Haven University.
