Meghan Heary rejoined the Spartan coaching staff for the 2024 season after completing stints as an assistant at Kenyon College and Saint Francis (Pa.)

Heary played in 75 games during her Spartan career with 62 starts. She recorded 23 points on eight goals and seven assists as she played primarily in the defensive midfield. She notched one game-winning goal and was 1-for-1 in penalty strokes. Her game-winning goal came in the CAC Quarterfinal win over Mary Washington. 

She was a second-team All-CAC honoree as a senior while she also earned a spot on the NFHCA Division III National Academic squad. 

Heary graduated York in May of 2020 with a degree in Middle Level Education and a minor in Athletic Coaching. She also graduated Magna Cum Laude with a GPA of 3.84.
