Emma Stiffler joined the Spartan women's lacrosse coaching staff prior to the 2026 season and will serve as an offensive assistant.
A York County native, Stiffler possess prior coaching experience with Central York High School and North East Maryland Select (NEMS).
A collegiate lacrosse standout, Stiffler competed and served as team captain at Shenandoah University where she played for the Hornets from 2019-23. She was a two-time IWLCA All-Region selection and a three-time all-conference pick, earning first-team all three years. Stiffler completed her career at Shenandoah as the program's all-time leader in points (313) and assists (138), while ranking fourth in goals with 175. She also set the program's single-season point record (109) and assist record (56) in 2023
Stiffler graduated from Shenandoah with a degree in secondary education.
