YORK, PA – The York College women's cross country team enters the 2019 season with a big target on their backs. The Spartans head into their final season in the Capital Athletic Conference as the three-time defending league champions.

Head coach Stephen LoBianco must replace two key runners from last year but he is optimistic about some of his younger runners stepping in to replace those lost to graduation.
