• began her indoor season with a 16th place finish in the weight throw and an 18th place finish in the shot put at the Diplomat Open
• set a pair of PRs at the Kaye and JJ Smith Invitational as she finished seventh in both the shot put and the weight throw
• placed tenth in the weight throw and 15th in the shot put at the Alvernia Winter Invite
• earned a 21st place finish in the weight throw and a 26th place finish in the shot put at the Plex Shootout
• finished 22nd in the weight throw and 23rd in the shot put at the Blue and White Invitational
• placed 21st in the weight throw and 24th in the shot put at the MAC Indoor Championships
Outdoor
• opened the outdoor campaign with a 17th place finish in the shot put at the York College Twilight Meet
• had a busy day at the Millersville Metrics Meet as she was 20th in the discus, 23rd in the hammer, 24th in the shot put and 29th in the javelin
• recorded a third place finish in the hammer, an eighth place finish in the discus and an 11th place finish in the shot put at the Stevenson Invitational
• set a new PR of 24.06 meters in the javelin at the Shippensburg Mid-Week meet while she also placed 20th in the shot put and 25th in the discus
• placed 20th in the hammer, 27th in the discus and 31st in the shot put at the Paul Kaiser Classic
• set a pair of PRs in the discus and the hammer at the MAC Championships as she placed 15th in the hammer and 22nd in the discus

2022-23
Indoor
• kicked off her Spartan career with a 15th place finish in the weight throw and a 22nd place finish in the shot put at the Diplomat Open
• finished tenth in the shot put and 11th in the weight throw at the Alvernia Winter Invite
• placed 34th in the shot put and 35th in the weight throw at the Moravian Indoor Meet
• recorded a 30th place finish in the weight throw and a 35th place finish in the shot put at the Mini-Dip Invitational
• placed 31st in the weight throw and 38th in the shot put at the Frank Colden Invitational
• earned a 14th place finish in the weight throw and a 20th place finish in the shot put at the Blue and White Invitational
• placed 24th in the weight throw at the MAC Indoor Championships
Outdoor
• started her outdoor season with a sixth place finish in the discus, a ninth place finish in the hammer, and a 13th place finish in the shot put at the Blue and Gold Goucher Classic
• finished 27th in the hammer and 42nd in the shot put at the Danny Curran Invitational
• placed 28th in the shot put at the York College Twilight Meet
• earned a 20th place finish in the discus and a 22nd place finish in the hammer at the Shippensburg Mid-Week Meet
• posted a 22nd place finish in the discus and a 45th place finish in the shot put in the Hopkins-Loyola Invitational 
• placed 39th in the javelin, 50th in the discus, and 57th in the shot put at the Paul Kaiser Classic
• earned a 25th place finish in the hammer at the MAC Outdoor Championships
