2021-22: Indoor: Kicked off her indoor season in style with a trio of top three finishes at the Diplomat Open as she won the long jump, finished second in the pole vault and was third in the 60 hurdles ... kept rolling with a second in the long jump and third in the pole vault at the Coach I Open ... finished third in the pole vault and tenth in the long jump at the Alvernia Winter Invite ... won the 60 meter hurdles and the pole vault while she finished second in the long jump at the Mini-Dip Invitational ... won the pole vault and finished fourth in the long jump at the Plex Shootout at Alvernia ... finished fifth in the pole vault and ninth in the 60 hurdles at the Fastrack National Invitational ... at the MAC Indoor Championships, she won the pole vault, finished second in the 60 hurdles with a school record time of 8.99 and fourth in the long jump ... concluded the indoor season with a win in the pole vault and a third place finish in the 60 hurdles at the South Region Final Qualifier ... finished the indoor season with six individual wins and four runner-up finishes. 
Outdoor: Began her outdoor season with a win in the 100 hurdles, a second in the pole vault and a ninth in the 100 meter dash at the Jim Taylor Invitational ... had a big day at the Battleground Relays with three wins in the long jump, the pole vault, and the 100 hurdles while she also finished third in the 100 meter dash ... finished sixth in the pole vault and seventh in the 100 hurdles at the George Mason Spring Invitational ... earned two more wins at the York College Twilight meet with wins in the long jump and pole vault while she finished second in the 100 with a PR of 12.65 ... finished third in the pole vault at the Shippensburg Mid-week Meet ... notched a pair of second place finishes in the 100 hurdles and pole vault at the Hopkins-Loyola Invitational ... set a new PR in the 100 hurdles with a win and a time of 14.40 at the Paul Kaiser Classic while she also placed sixth in the long jump ... had a fantastic MAC Outdoor championship with a win in the pole vault with a school record 3.80 meters while she also finished second in the long jump with a PR of 5.60 meters ... placed second in the 100 hurdles ... won the 100 hurdles at the Swarthmore FQ Meet while she also finished third in the pole vault ... advanced to the NCAA Division III National Championship where she placed 10th overall in the pole vault and 11th in the 100 hurdles ... finished the outdoor season with nine individual wins and six second place finishes.

2021: Outdoor: Began her outdoor campaign with wins in the 100 hurdles and the pole vault at the Falcon First Chance Hexagonal ... earned two more wins and a second at the LVC Dutchmen Meet #1 as she won the 100 hurdles and the pole vault while she placed second in the long jump ... won the 100 hurdles and the long jump at the York College Twilight Meet ... picked up two more individual wins at the Widener MAC Only Meet #2 as she was victorious in the long jump and pole vault while she finished second in the 100 hurdles ... her winning distance of 5.33 in the long jump set a new PR ... won the pole vault and finished second in the long jump at the Misericordia Twilight Meet ... was also part of the 4x100 relay team that finished second ... won the pole vault at the Widener MAC Only Meet #4 ... at the 2021 MAC Outdoor Championships she finished second in the 100 hurdles with a PR of 14.89 and then placed third in the long jump ... was a part of the 4x100 relay team that finished tenth ... earned ten individual wins during the year while she also posted five runner-up finishes. 

2019-20: Indoor: Capital Athletic Conference Women's Indoor Track & Field Rookie of the Year ... CAC Champion - Long Jump (indoor) ... three-time All-CAC performer at the CAC Indoor Championships as she placed first in the long jump and second in the pole vault and 60m hurdles ... named the CAC Women's Track Athlete of the Week (Feb. 3) ... established new school records in the 60m hurdles (9.21) and pole vault (11' 1") ... ranked top-5 in the 60m hurdles, top-10 in the pole vault and top-20 in the long jump in the NCAA Mideast Region on the season ... led York with the top marks of the season in the 60m hurdles, pole vault and long jump ... compiled 10 top-8 performances throughout the regular season ... opened her career with a pair of top six finishes as she was second in the pole vault and sixth in the 60 meter hurdles ... earned two more top six finishes at the Moravian Indoor Meet as she was third in the pole vault and sixth in the 60 hurdles ... continued to excel at the Coach I Open as she was third in the pole vault and fifth in the 60 hurdles ... had a banner day at the Mini-Dip Invitational as she won the pole vault (3.25 meters) and the 60 meter hurdles (9.48) while she placed second in long jump with a PR of 5.14 meters ... that performance earned her the CAC Track and Field Athlete of the Week award (February 3) ... had another great day at the Plex Shootout with a second in the pole vault and the top time in the 60 hurdle preliminaries ... capped a fantastic year with her performance in the CAC Championships.
