2021: Outdoor: began the season with a ninth place finish in the 1500 meter run and tenth place finish at the Falcon First Chance Hexagonal ... placed sixth in the 5K at the York College Twilight Meet ... placed fourth in the 10K at the Messiah Multi Invitational ... set a new PR in the 5K as she finished second in the 5K with a time of 18:54.36 at the Widener MAC Only Meet #4 ... set a new PR in the 10K with a time of 38:29.19, good for a fourth place finish at the 2021 MAC Outdoor Championships ... also finished 15th in the 5K at the championships. 

2019-20: Indoor: opened the season with a seventh place finish in the 5K at the Moravian College Indoor meet on January 18 ... set a new PR with a sixth place finish in the mile, notching a time of 5:42.34 ... had a great meet at the CAC Championships as she recorded a pair of new PR's ... finished fifth in the 3K with a time of 10:56.73 followed by a sixth place finish in the 5K with a time of 19:07.96 ... ranked top-10 in 3K and 5K, while also ranking top-20 mile in the Capital Athletic Conference on the season.

2018-19: Indoor: opened her indoor season with a seventh place finish in the mile at the Coach I Open ... placed 17th in the 5K at the Bucknell Bison Open ... registered a sixth place finish in the 3K at the Monmouth Winter Invitational ... earned a tenth place finish in the 3K at the Capital Athletic Conference championships while she also placed 12th in the 5K ... Outdoor: began her outdoor season with a third place finish in the 10K at the Millersville Metrics meet as she crossed the line with a PR of 41:17.87 .. recorded a 15th place finish in the 5K at the York College Twilight Meet ... concluded her career with a fifth place finish in the 10K at the CAC Championships, with a time of of 41:31.78. 

Personal: Is an early childhood education major ... is the daughter of Heather and Michael Francis ... competed at Upper Merion Area High School for Michael Francis ... was a varsity letter in cross country and track ... was an honor roll student.
