SALISBURY, MD – The York College men's soccer team saw their three-match win streak come to an end as Salisbury notched the game's lone goal in the second half to upend the Spartans 1-0 in Capital Athletic Conference play on Wednesday in Salisbury, Maryland. The win for the Gulls avenges York's 1-0 win last Wednesday night in York.

How It Happened:
• The game was back and forth in the first half as the play was even on the stat sheet. The Sea Gulls held a slight 6-5 edge in total shots while Salisbury also held a 4-3 margin in shot on goal. Both teams had one corner kick as the squads headed to the break locked in a scoreless tie.
• Salisbury notched the only goal in the game in the 57th minute. Cullen Myers took a long outlet along the left wing. Spartan goalie Josh Kappes got caught off his line and Myers slipped a shot between Kappes and the near post for the game-winner.
• The Spartans had some chances late but wouldn't be able to find the mark as their win streak was halted at three games.
