2020-21: Outdoor: kicked off his season with a 20th place finish in the 800 at the Falcon First Chance Hexagonal meet ... placed 12th in the 800 at the LVC Dutchmen Meet #1 ... finished 20th in the 1500 meter run and 28th in the 800 meter run at the York College Twilight Meet ... finished 38th in the 1500 meter run at the Messiah Multi Invitational ... crossed the line 14th in the 800 at the Widener MAC Only Meet #2 ... finished tenth in the 800 at the Misericordia Twilight Meet ... concluded his season with an 11th place finish in the 800 at the Widener MAC Only Meet #4 ... recorded a PR in the 800 at Widener with a time of 2:08.64. 

2019-20: Indoor: began his indoor season at the Moravian College Meet in which he set a new PR in the 3K with a time of 10:21.61 ... finished 49th in the mile at the Coach I Open with a time of 5:08.07 ... placed 28th in the mile at the Plex Shootout at Alvernia on February 8. 

2018-19: Indoor: kicked off his season with a 21st place finish in the 800 meter run at the Coach I Open ... finished 33rd in the mile at the SU Challenge ... Outdoor: posted a pair of top 50 finishes at the Jim Taylor Invite to kick off the outdoor campaign ... was a part of the 4x800 relay team that finished fifth at the Messiah Invitational ... also had a 31st place finish in the 1500 and a 36th place finish in the 800 at Messiah ... set a new PR in the 1500 at the York Twilight Meet with a time of 4:31.47.

2017-18: Indoor: began his career with a PR in the 1000 meter run at the Coach I Open as he finished 16th with a time of 2:59.24 ... finished 20th in the mile at the Orange and Maroon Classic at Susquehanna ... Outdoor: kicked off the season at the UMW Opener where he was 21st in the 800 and was also a part of the 4x400 relay team that placed third ... finished 25th in the 1,500 meter run at the York College Twilight Meet ... was a part of two top ten relay finishes at the Millersville Metrics meet as his 4x400 team placed eighth and his 4x800 team placed fourth, he also finished 29th in the 800 ... set a new PR in the 800 at the Messiah Invitational as he posted a time of 2:09.05 ... finished with an 18th place finish in the 1500 meter run at the Greyhound Invitational ... placed 32nd in the 1500 at the Paul Kaiser Classic.

Personal: Is a political science major ... son of Rob and Greta Yoka ... competed under Greg Cauller and Pete LoBianco at Northeastern High School ... four-year honor roll student.
