2021-22: Indoor: Began his indoor season with a second place finish in the 3K at the Coach I Open ... finished eighth in the mile and 40th in the 800 at the Alvernia Winter Invite ... finished 25th in the 800 at the Mini-Dip Invitational ... placed fifth in the 5K at the Plex Shootout at Alvernia ... finished 55th in the mile at the Fastrack National Invite ... set a pair of PRs at the MAC Indoor Championships as he notched a time of 8:58.62 in the 3K and a time of 16:11.62 in the 5K ... he finished eighth in the 3K and 14th in the 5K. 
Outdoor: Opened his outdoor season with a 16th place finish in the 1500 meter run and a 38th place finish in the 800 at the Jim Taylor Invitational ... placed third in the 3000 steeplechase at the Battleground Relays ... finished third in the 5K at the York College Twilight Meet ... finished 11th in the steeplechase at the Hopkins Loyola Invite ... placed sixth in the steeplechase and 13th in the 1500 meter run at the 2022 MAC Outdoor Championships. 

2020-21: Outdoor: got off to a great start in the outdoor season as he set a PR in the 800 with a time of 2:03.98 as he finished second while he also finished fourth in the 1500 meter run at the Falcon First Chance Hexagonal ... won the 3000 meter steeplechase at the York College Twilight Meet ... finished third in the 1500 with a new PR time of 4:01.81 at the Messiah Multi Invitational ... finished second in the steeplechase with a PR time of 9:51.77 at the Widener MAC Only Meet #4 ... at the 2021 MAC Outdoor Championships, finished sixth in the steeplechase and 13th in the 1500 meter run while he was also a part of the 4x800 relay team that finished third. 

2019-20: Indoor: Medalist in the mile (3rd) at the Capital Athletic Conference Indoor Championships ... posted the fourth-fastest time of the season in the CAC in the mile, while posting a top-10 mark in the 3K and a top-15 time in the 800m ... compiled seven top-8 performances throughout the indoor season ... opened his season with a ninth place finish in the mile at the Moravian College Indoor Meet while he was also part of the DMR team that finished fifth ... posted a pair of PRs at the Mini-Dip Invitational as he recorded a time of 4:27.89 in the mile run to finish second while he clocked in with a time of 2:05.37 in the 800 to place fourth ... posted a PR in the 3K with a time of 9:03.74 at the Plex Shootout at Alvernia.
