2019-20: Indoor: kicked off the indoor campaign with 10th place finish in the 800 at the Moravian College Indoor Meet ... placed 20th in the 800 at the Coach I Open while he was also a part of the 4x400 relay team that placed 18th ... notched a PR in the 300 with a time of 39.21, good for a sixth place finish at the Mini-Dip Invitational ... he also placed third in the 800 at the Mini-Dip Invite ... was a part of the second place 4x400 relay team while he also finished seventh in the 800 at the Plex Shootout at Alvernia ... had a great CAC Indoor Championships as he was part of the DMR team that finished third with a time of 10:38.16 while his 4x400 relay team was fourth with a time of 3:32.56 ... placed 10th in the 800 at the championships with a time of 2:04.42 ... posted York's top time of the season in the 800m, which also ranked top-10 in the CAC ... compiled four top-8 performances throughout the regular season.

2018-19: Indoor: opened his Spartan career with a strong performance at the Diplomat Open as he was fifth in the 800 and was a part of the 4x800 squad that finished second ... posted a PR in the 400 at the Coach I Open as he crossed the line in a time of 53.38 as he placed sixth while he was also a part of the DMR team that finished second ... posted a pair of tenth place finishes at the Bucknell Bison Open as he was tenth in the 800 and was a part of the DMR team that also placed tenth ... finished ninth in the 400 at the SU Challenge ... placed eighth in the 800 at the Monmouth Winter Invite ... was a part of the DMR team that finished fourth at the CAC Championships while he placed 18th in the 800 ... Outdoor: began the outdoor campaign with a pair of top 30 finishes as he placed 28th in the 800 and was a part of the 4x400 relay that placed 22nd ... set a new PR in the 200 with a finish of 24.50 while he also placed 11th in the 800 at the Messiah Invitational ... was a part of the 4x800 team that finished third at Messiah ... won the 800 meter run at the York College Twilight meet with a PR of 1:58.68 ... placed 25 in the 800 at the Paul Kaiser Invitational ... ended his freshman year with a tenth place finish in the 800 at the CAC Championships while he was a part of the 4x400 relay team that finished sixth.
