Biography
2019-20: Competed at four indoor meets throughout the shortened season ... posted a top-20 5k time in the Capital Athletic Conference.
2018-19: Posted four top-8 performances throughout the season, including a 6th place finish in the 1000m at the Coach I Open with a personal-best time of 2:48.09.
2017-18: Placed 11th in the 10,000m with a time of 37:04.74 at the CAC Outdoor Championships.
2016-17: Finished 17th in the 10,000m with a time of 36:32.58 at the CAC Outdoor Championships ... totaled four top-8 performances on the season, including a 1st place finish in the 4x800 relay (8:38.40) at the Millersvile Metrics.
