2020-21: Outdoor: opened his season with a second place finish in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the York College Twilight Meet ... placed fifth in the 5K at the Messiah Multi Invitational ... set a new PR in the 3000 meter steeplechase as he posted a time of 9:59.32 at the Widener MAC Only Meet #4 ... that time was good enough for a fourth place finish ... finished fifth in the steeplechase and 16th in the 5K at the 2021 MAC Outdoor Championships. 

2019-20: Indoor: kicked off his indoor season with a seventh place finish in the 5K at the Moravian College Meet ... set a new PR in the mile at the Mini-Dip Invitational as he crossed the line in a time of 4:40.11 as he placed seventh ... posted a tenth place finish in the 3K at the Plex Shootout at Alvernia ... placed fifth in the 5K and sixth in the 3K at the Capital Athletic Conference Indoor Championships ... posted the fifth-fastest 5K time and the eighth-fastest 3K time in the CAC on the season ... compiled four top-8 performances throughout the season.

2018-19: Indoor: began his indoor season with a ninth place finish in the mile at the Coach I Open while he was also a part of the winning DMR team as they posted a time of 11:23.19 ... finished 16th in the 3K at the Bison Open ... placed 12th in the 3K at the Monmouth Winter Collegiate Invite ... Outdoor: began his outdoor season with a sixth place finish in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the Jim Taylor Invitatioinal ... set a new PR in the steeplechase with a time of 9:59.72 at the Messiah Inviational as he placed second in the event ... finished 15th in the 5K at the York College Twilight Meet ... scored team points in his first championship appearance by placing 7th in the 3000m steeplechase (10:14.71) at the CAC Outdoor Championships.

Personal: Is a biology major while his is also pursuing minors in mathematics and sustainability and environmental studies ... is the son of Victoria and Charles Russell ... competed at Huntingtown High School under Dave Spain ... was a 2nd-team All-SMAC selection ... was a 2017 Regional champion ... was a third-place 3A South Region performer ... was 2nd place in 3200m indoor track 3A South championships ... was a member of Minds in Motion for three years ... was in the President's Education Awards Program ... was a Project Lead the Way Engineering Program Graduate ... is a Microsoft Office Specialist Excel and Access.
