2019-20: Earned Second Team All-Capital Athletic Conference honors in the 800 free relay to help lead the Spartans to their fourth-straight second-place finish in the team standings at the CAC Championships ... posted top-8 finishes in the 200 free (4th), 100 free (7th) and 100 IM (8th) at the CAC Championships, while also contributing to a third-place finish in the 400 free relay ... compiled two second-place finishes and three third-place finishes throughout the regular season ... contributed to a trio of second-place finishes and one third-place finish in relay events throughout the regular season ... posted the fastest time of the season in the 100 free for York.

2018-19: Earned two individual wins, two seconds and a pair of thirds during the regular season ... was a three-time finalist at the Capital Athletic Conference championships ... finished fifth in the 100 IM with a time of 54.19 ... finished fifth in the 100 fly with a time of 51.23 and placed eighth in the 50 free with a time of 21.76 ... had the sixth fastest time in the CAC in the 100 fly for the year ... earned CAC All-Academic team honors. 

2017-18: Had a strong freshman season with three victories, five seconds, and a team-high seven third-place finishes ... also had three victories and eight top-three relay finishes ... his wins came in the 200 backstroke at Salisbury, the 1000 free against Messiah and Franklin & Marshall, and the 200 fly against Frostburg St. ... picked up runner-up finishes in the 100 fly at Washington & Jefferson, the 200 fly in the Washington & Lee Invitationl, the 500 free against Frostburg St., and the 100 fly and 500 free against Messiah and Franklin & Marshall ... in the CAC Championships he took third in both the 100 and the 200 fly while also grabbing seventh in the 200 backstroke.

Personal: Is a cyber security management major … son of James and Theresa Dowdall … swam under Jude Lozupone at Our Lady of Good Counsel … also swam for RMSC.
