2012-13: Begins his final season with the Spartans . . . will look to continue to build on success from last season . . . his hard work both in and out of the pool should help him have a strong senior season . . . very focused swimmer who diligence is outstanding.

2011-12: Had a solid season . . . swam well at the CAC meet . . . finished fourth in the 100 yard butterfly with a time of 53.42 . . . recorded a fifth place finish with a time of 54.83 in the 100 yard backstroke . . . came in ninth place in the 200 yard backstroke with a 2:01.69 finish . . . helped the 400 yard medley relay swim 3:36.05 for third place . . .  was also a member of the 200 yard medley relay who placed third with a time of 1:38.85.

2010-11: At the CAC Championships he swam season best times in the 100 back, 200 back, and 100 fly with times of 55.58, 2:03.23, and 54.22, respectively … On December 3 at the tri-meet vs. PSU-Altoona and Gallaudet he swam a season-best 2:10.14 in the 200 IM … in the UMW / Hood tri-meet he recorded a time of 2:18.56 in the 200 fly … at the Rowan Cup he had a season best time of 53.84 in the 100 free and on December 4 in the Salisbury and Goucher tri-meet he recorded a 50 free time of 23.81.

Personal: is a criminal justice major with a minor in sociology . . . the son of John and Brenda Woods . . . born on November 30, 1990.
